What is E-Statement?

E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement and images delivered to your e-mail address each month.  You can view and print your statement right from your computer and avoid the traditional mail delivery method.

No, once we have received your enrollment form, your next scheduled statement will be sent to you electronically.

You will be receiving your statement 3-4 days sooner than you would expect, since previously you waited for your paper statement to be mailed.  E-Statements don’t wait for postal mail delivery.

Yes.  Your E-Statement looks exactly like your paper statement.

May I receive my electronic statement from time to time, without signing up for E-Statements?

Unfortunately no, we are unable to offer periodic online statements at this time.  If you need to view your account activity, our FundsXpress Internet Banking Product is packed with features to help you.

How do I save my E-Statement for future reference?

You can create a folder on your hard drive and move/copy the PDF file into it.

E-Statements are available for most Business Checking and Savings Accounts in addition to Personal Checking and Savings Accounts.

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?

Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms.  You will need this software installed on your computer in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement and images.

The e-mail that contains your electronic statement will have a link to enable you to download the free software at that time.

Can I have my E-Statement sent to more than one e-mail address?

Yes.  Limit of 2 e-mail addresses please.

What if I change my e-mail address?

In order to continue receiving your E-Statement, you need to notify us immediately of your e-mail address change.  You can contact us by e-mail at estatement@mycbfl.com or by telephone at 407-365-6611 or 1-800-365-4030, or in person at any one of our locations.

How long will it take to set up my E-Statement?

Once you have responded to our set-up verification e-mail, you will be set up within two (2) business days.  You will see your first E-Statement the first business day following the day your statement processed.

After I receive my downloaded statement, where is it located?

When you download your statement you are given a choice of where to save the file on your local hard drive.  If you used the default when you were prompted for the location, the statement was saved to a designated folder on your hard drive that has been pre-set on your computer for all of your downloaded files.  This folder can be different from computer to computer but following are the most common locations:  America Online- file name “Download” or “Temporary Internet Files” Folder.  You will need to refer to your computer’s operating manual to determine where the manufacturer set this up.

How do I cancel my E-Statement?

You may cancel your E-Statement Service at any time by providing us with written notice by postal mail or in person to any customer service representatives in any our branches.  It may take as long as forty-five (45) days from the Bank’s receipt of your written notice of cancellation for you to receive your next monthly printed mailed statement, with all subsequent printed and mailed statements arriving monthly thereafter.
