E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement and images delivered to your e-mail address each month. You can view and print your statement right from your computer and avoid the traditional mail delivery method.
Will I receive my check images with my E-Statement?
Yes
Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?
No, once we have received your enrollment form, your next scheduled statement will be sent to you electronically.
When will I receive my E-Statement?
You will be receiving your statement 3-4 days sooner than you would expect, since previously you waited for your paper statement to be mailed. E-Statements don�t wait for postal mail delivery.
Will my E-Statement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes. Your E-Statement looks exactly like your paper statement.
May I receive my electronic statement from time to time, without signing up for E-Statements?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to offer periodic online statements at this time. If you need to view your account activity, our FundsXpress Internet Banking Product is packed with features to help you.
How do I save my E-Statement for future reference?
You can create a folder on your hard drive and move/copy the PDF file into it.
Will I receive an E-Statement for all of my accounts?
E-Statements are available for most Business Checking and Savings Accounts in addition to Personal Checking and Savings Accounts.
Is there a charge for E-Statements?
No, E-Statements are free!
Do I have to sign up for FundsXpress Internet Banking in order to receive an E-Statement?
No, you may have your statement e-mailed without signing up for FundsXpress Internet banking. However, we do suggest that you test drive our Internet Banking Demo and experience the many features we offer.
Is my statement information secure?
Yes, it is secure because it is password protected.
Will I need a password to view my E-Statement?
Yes, you will need a password to access your E-Statement. You will choose your own password.
Will I be able to print my statement and check images?
Yes. Once you open the statement e-mail you will be able to print it just like you print any document on your computer.
How do I sign up for E-Statements?
You can enroll online or at any one of our convenient locations.
What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed on your computer in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement and images.
The e-mail that contains your electronic statement will have a link to enable you to download the free software at that time.
Can I have my E-Statement sent to more than one e-mail address?
Yes. Limit of 2 e-mail addresses please.
What if I change my e-mail address?
In order to continue receiving your E-Statement, you need to notify us immediately of your e-mail address change. You can contact us by e-mail at estatement@mycbfl.com or by telephone at 407-365-6611 or 1-800-365-4030, or in person at any one of our locations.
How long will it take to set up my E-Statement?
Once you have responded to our set-up verification e-mail, you will be set up within two (2) business days. You will see your first E-Statement the first business day following the day your statement processed.
After I receive my downloaded statement, where is it located?
When you download your statement you are given a choice of where to save the file on your local hard drive. If you used the default when you were prompted for the location, the statement was saved to a designated folder on your hard drive that has been pre-set on your computer for all of your downloaded files. This folder can be different from computer to computer but the following are the most common locations: America Online- file name Download or "Temporary Internet Files" Folder. You will need to refer to your computers operating manual to determine where the manufacturer set this up.

How do I cancel my E-Statement?
You may cancel your E-Statement Service at any time by providing us with written notice by postal mail or in person to any customer service representatives in any our branches. It may take as long as forty-five (45) days from the Bank's receipt of your written notice of cancellation for you to receive your next monthly printed mailed statement, with all subsequent printed and mailed statements arriving monthly thereafter.
