Report Lost/Stolen Card
- To report a lost or stolen Debit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Please call Citizens On-Call at 407-366-1684. Press Option 4 and follow the instructions given by the automated attendant or
- Log into Internet Banking, select Options, choose the Debit Card menu, select the card that you would like to report as Lost/Stolen by clicking on the checkbox next to the card and then click on Submit. This will permanently deactivate the selected card.
- To report a lost or stolen Debit card during banking hours only, please call the Bookeeping Department at 407-365-6611.
- To report a lost or stolen credit card, call 1-800-423-7497.
- Press Option 3, then Press Option 1.
